OPPORTUNITIES:

Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Duluth, Georgia office. Individuals would be responsible for: answering telephones, help tickets or requests for online chat resolution of questions or problems; document and forward customer requests for modification or enhancement to the development and sales team and provide feedback to the customer on such requests; update customers on new functionality; maintain a log of types of calls and/or repeated customer questions or issues, so that tutorials may be developed to address those issues; and provide implementation assistance as necessary. Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with accounting principals and may have a familiarity with the Community Association Industry. Further, candidates must have computer software experience, and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Candidates must be able to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, and to have the attention to detail to ensure all customer requests are documented appropriately.
